This quaint and charming eatery has one of the best tiramisu's and woodfired pizzas I have had. The staff was engaging and polite and made wonderful recommendations of other available items on the menu. The smell was incredible walking into the restaurant. There were a few places left to sit at the end of lunch rush outside and at the bar. I started with a more common item on the menu because if you're great at that, you shouldn't have a bad experience overall. The time between order and service I was expecting to be a little longer because it was being made fresh to order was less than expected, Bravo on expedition for the kitchen staff. I will say you could tell from the food it wasn't rushed. The flavor left me with a feeling of something like what grandma would have put her heart into it. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. I'm looking forward to some of the wine pairing suggestions as well.
Service was a bit slow, but the food was amazing!! Will definitely recommend to others looking for good Italian food. Both evening specials, the gnocchi and the white pizza w/hot honey were ON POINT. I added sausage to my gnocchi and the flavor of both the pizza and the gnocchi was a party in my mouth. We also started with the broccolini as an appetizer which had SO much flavor; I highly recommend!
Jennifer is awesome and lovely and a perfect server. She recommended every course we had and it did not disappoint. Won’t come here if she’s not working!!!! Wanna put her in my pocket and take her everywhere! My wife almost cried looking at her pasta cause it was so good. I even had to get up a do a little dance when I tasted my food because it made me MOVE. Love her. Loved dinner. Bottle of wine was half off (it’s Wednesday) so we’re feelin awesome and you get a complimentary limoncello shot! Yum! (Have the affogato for dessert!!!!!)
Our experience here was second to none. Our server was extremely friendly and always anticipating our needs. The food was 100 out of 10 and the restaurant had such a nice breeze. Everything was perfect in our server. Jennifer was incredible. Highly recommend.
Best pizza in Saint Pete hands down. Best old hack was to get this pizza before the rays game. I would recommend this pizza to anyone in the area that is on vacation or lives in Saint Pete. Most definitely will be going back. Overall atmosphere was good and service was great too!
Went to Bavaro's St. Pete location last night, sat at the bar, and once again was not disappointed. The bartender, Christi, was engaging and attentive — always with a smile on her face. I also noticed what was happening in the kitchen. The chef, named Tweet, was spectacular to watch. She managed multiple dishes at different stages of cooking with the skill and confidence of a top-tier chef. I highly recommend visiting to see both Christi and Tweet perform their craft. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this place! Jennifer was our server, and she gave us an incredible experience! She was knowledgeable, witty, sweet and very catering to our needs. We had an amazing time at Bavaro’s. We will be back to sit at the bar with Jennifer only!!! :)
